CareerBliss, a job search site which reviews job ratings on their website from more than 25,000 employees, came up with a list of the happiest jobs that pay six-figures.
To determine the happiness employees CareerBliss looked at several factors, including a worker’s relationship with their boss and colleagues, the work environment, available resources, compensation, opportunities for growth, company culture, and control over one’s daily work.
Money is actually just one of the factors which determine the happiness of a job. “All of the happiest jobs for six-figure salaries share one thing in common: Their daily work impacts the lives of others in some capacity,” said CareerBliss founder Heidi Golledge on Forbes.
At the top of this list is the Chief Marketing Officer, who earns an average annual $171,000. Followed by the Senior Director of HR, a role that pays $125,000, third place goes to the Senior Project Manager, at $101,000.
