Bond University provides many student accommodation options ranging from on-campus accommodation to off-campus accommodation and homestay, and all within student budget for the semester.

On-Campus Accommodation
Student Housing - Single room with shared bathroom facilities. Dining options are also provided.

Student Housing Flats - 2 & 3 Bedrooms with private shared ensuite bathroom facilities. Dining options are also provided.

Single Room Ensuite - Private room, private ensuite bathroom facilities. Dining options are also provided.

Standard Share - Share room and ensuite bathroom facilities. Dining options are also provided.

There are many options for student accommodation outside of Bond University campus. Future students can consider houses or apartments on a single or shared basis.

Homestay

To delve directly into the Australian culture, students are encouraged to spend at least 4 weeks with a homestay host family. 

Homestay host family will:

  • Welcome student into their home.
  • Provide accommodation in a single room with basic study facilities.
  • Prepare 2 meals a day weekdays and 3 meals a day on weekends.

From the Gold Coast Airport, it only takes a 20 minutes drive to the university. Bond University is also about an hour from Brisbane Domestic and International Airports. Transportation arrangements can be made in advance from the airport to your accommodation.

Students can also get around via regular bus services that operate from the campus to areas such as shopping malls, residential and tourist districts on the Gold Coast. Robina train station that is located near to the University campus provides students with rail services to Brisbane.
