About
Quantity Surveying focuses on measuring materials, estimating costs, and managing contracts in the construction industry. The Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) equips students with essential skills in financial management, cost control, and legal aspects of construction. Throughout this program, students will gain expertise in quantity measurement, cost estimation, and contract administration through practical training, site visits, and industry exposure. Recognized by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), this qualification provides a pathway to becoming a professional Quantity Surveyor.
Graduates can pursue careers in construction, consultancy, real estate, finance, and the oil & gas industry, with opportunities to work both locally and internationally.

Entry Requirements
Any one of these:
- STPM / GCE 'A' Level : Minimum 3 principal passes
- UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects, including Mathematics
- SAM / AUSMAT / HSC: An average score of 60%
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.67
- Diploma from a recognised institution: Minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Matriculation / Foundation from a recognised instituiton: Minimum CGPA of 2.50
- Other equivalent qualifications: Recognised by the Malaysian Government
