Academic Requirements
- STPM: Minimum 2Cs, including Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- A-Level: Minimum 2Ds, including Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- UEC: Minimum 5Bs, including Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- CPU: Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects, including a minimum score of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- Local Matriculation: Minimum CGPA 2.0
- Foundation from Other University/College: Minimum CGPA 2.0
- WAEC/NECO: Maximum aggregate of 15 points from the best 5 subjects, including a minimum B in Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum CGPA 2.0
- Subject to Faculty discretion after reviewing transcript and syllabus. Maximum credit transfer of 30% of the programme's total credits
- Other Qualifications Deemed Equivalent to STPM/A-Level by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency: Minimum overall average of 60%, including a minimum score of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- International Baccalaureate: Minimum 26/42 points from 6 subjects, including Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- SAM: Minimum average of 60% in 5 subjects, including a minimum score of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject
- SACE/AUSMAT/TEE/SAM:
- Minimum ATAR score of 60% and a minimum score of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Physical Science subject OR

For Local Students:
