Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree, or a Bachelor of Law or Syariah (Honours) degree from UKM or any institution of higher learning recognised by the UKM Senate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- For a candidate with CGPA of 2.70-2.90, the candidate is required to have three (3) years of working experience in the legal and judicial services or related field and the Faculty Graduate Studies Committee must also be satisfied that the candidate is able to pursue the Master programme.
English Language Requirements
- Foreign candidates should have attained a minimum band of 547 for TOEFL or a minimum band of 6 for IELTS.
- Foreign candidates who possess a good command of the Malay language will be exempted from clause 1.2 above unless the candidate wishes to write a thesis in English
