About

The academic material and QE professional certification are combined in the Master of Quality Engineering and Management (MQEM) program. Professional accreditation from a number of professional certification bodies, including the Lean Center of Excellence (MLCoE) and the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), will be included into this curriculum. The goal of MQEM is to offer a thorough, globally recognized master's degree program in QE that generates individuals with leadership abilities who are informed and skilled in the field of QE and technopreneurial endeavors. Candidates can complete this program in 1.5 years by enrolling full-time or in 3 years by enrolling part time.

Entry Requirements

Entry Level and Requirements

For Local Students

  • Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in Engineering / Engineering Technology or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.75; or
  • Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in Engineering / Engineering Technology or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and and not meeting CGPA of 2.75 can be accepted, subject to UniKL internal rigorous assessment; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Engineering / Engineering Technology or equivalent but not meeting CGPA of 2.5 can be accepted, subject to minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in related field.

For International Students

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology with minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR
  • CGPA of 2.50 and passing an internal rigorous assessment; OR
  • CGPA below 2.50 with 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 550 or equivalent.
