Master of Philosophy in Engineering

About

This program, available for both Full time (2 years) and Part time (3-4 years), is designed to provide:

  • Knowledge to enhance technical skills in the subject area.
  • Understanding of how to innovate, create, and manage new ideas.
  • In-depth knowledge in a specific domain related to management and computing.
  • Advanced research skills to prepare students for a PhD program.

Students in the Research Degree program can transition to a PhD if they show excellent research progress, demonstrate PhD-level potential, and pass an assessment. Upon successful conversion, they will be recognized as PhD candidates, with their start date adjusted to their original registration. This process allows students to earn a PhD more quickly, bypassing a Master's program.
