About

The MBBS curriculum at MAHSA lasts for five years. It is separated into two stages: phase 1 includes years one and two, while phase 2 includes years three and five. The majority of the Phase 1 curriculum takes place on the campus of MAHSA University, with some clinical medicine exposure at Hospital Tanjung Karang.

The clinical phase of the initiative, known as Phase 2, is primarily centred in hospitals and clinics. Hospital Sungai Buloh, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and Hospital Tanjung Karang are the hospitals that are utilised. Additionally, students receive clinical training in Taman Ehsan, Taman Medan, Rawang Perdana, and Klinik Kesihatan AU2. This guarantees a diverse range of clinical training in primary care clinics, community hospitals, and large referral centres.
The Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) has recognised this program, and it is included in the FAIMER WORLD DIRECTORY OF MEDICAL SCHOOLS.
