Entry Requirements

UEC: For senior middle three (SM3) only. Pass with Grade B in (5) subjects including Mathematics, English and Bahasa Melayu.

STPM: Pass STPM with Minimum Grade C (GPA 2.00) in (3) subjects

Alevel: Pass A - Level with Minimum Grade D (CGPA 2.00) in (3) subjects including Mathematics

Foundation: Pass Foundation in a related field with a Minimum CGPA of 2.50

Matriculation: Pass Matriculation in a related field with a Minimum CGPA 2.50

Diploma: Diploma or equivalent in a related field (Level 4 MQF) with a CGPA of 2.67 or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum CGPA of 2.67

SAM: Pass with 70% At AR, with Grade B in (2) subjects including Mathematics

CIMP/CPU: Pass Average with 70% or higher in (6) subjects including Mathematics

Others: Other equivalent qualifications approved by the SENATE and the Government of Malaysia
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS: 5.0 or
- TOEFL PBT: 500 or
- MUET: Band 3
Notes:
- APEL-C (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning - Certification): Matured students with relevant qualifications and experience may be given advanced entry and credit exemption up to 30% of the total credits offered. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the Higher Education Provider (HEP) in accordance with the latest BQSM requirements, particularly the Preambles of the List of Accredited Qualifications and Guidelines of Advanced Entry.
- Malaysia Vocational Diploma (Construction Technology) / Diploma in QS or Related Disciplines: Holders of the Malaysia Vocational Diploma (Construction Technology) with relevant qualifications, and students with a diploma in QS or related disciplines may be exempted from certain subjects (up to 30% of the total credits offered) and may be given advanced entry. The duration of advanced entry may be decided based on the previous program attended, qualifications, and grades achieved.
