Pros
Staff members are friendly and helpful. Student services in terms of accommodation, tuition fees and others are being done well through the student office.
Cons
Lecturers from the UK are great, but only a handful of lecturers from Indonesia and Phillipines were also great. There are some lecturers that couldn't speak English clearly, which makes learning difficult. The whole course and examinations differ for each year, it is recommended to study the course in-depth. Local students don't get as much support or help academically comparing to the students studying in Newcastle University UK, the local professors are pretty useless as well when it comes to student help. Newer local Chinese lecturers come off as snobby and arrogant.
