Entry Requirements

Prerequisites:

  • Pass SPM//O-level or equivalent with 5 credits for entry with pre-university/ foundation qualification (Except for UEC).
  • Pass SPM/O-level or equivalent with 3 credits for entry with Diploma qualification.
  • Pass Visual Test:Pass Visual Test (Taylor’s FID, DID and FNBE are exempted from the Entrance Test)

Entry Pathway:

  • SPM/O level:Pass SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5 credits for entry with pre-university/ foundation qualification (Except for UEC).
  • AUSMAT (SACEi):ATAR 55
  • A level:Min. grades CDD
  • Canadian Pre-U:Average of 55% in 6 subjects
  • STPM:CC
  • UEC:A Pass with UEC with Min. 5 Bs
  • TAYLOR'S FOUNDATION / DIPLOMA
  1. Pass FNBE with min. CGPA 2.00
  2. Pass FID with min. CGPA 2.00
  3. Pass Taylor's Diploma with min. CGPA 2.00
  4. Other Taylor's Foundation with min CGPA 2.00
  • IB:Min 24 points in 6 subjects
  • MUFY:Overall 50%
  • Other Qualifications:
  1. Foundation from an institution recognised by the Malaysian Government with min. CGPA 2.00
  2. Diploma from an institution recognised by the Malaysian Government with min. CGPA 2.00
  3. MoE Matriculation with min. CGPA 2.00 
  4. Any other qualification recognised by the Malaysian govt.

English Requirements:

  • MUET/IELTS/TOEFL/UEC English:Pass English
  • Pre-U/ Diploma:Completed Pre-U / Diploma that was conducted in English
  • Cambridge English/ELS also recognised; the minimum score varies by programme
  • Taylor's EET:Overall Score 4.0
  • Taylor's IEN Level 2:Grade C
