In this course, you will learn of the changing medical technologies to better inform patients in a healthcare environment that is evolving at a fast pace. You will learn of the effective training methods as an educator to effectively meet the demands in the healthcare industry. You will also be taught on the basics on the fundamental skills to motivate and inspire your learners. You will be guided to become an effective educator, by combining clinical expertise with responsibilities related to designing curricula, developing courses / programmes of study, facilitating and mentoring learners, evaluating learning and documenting the outcomes of the educational process.

Entry Requirements
- Bachelor/Diploma in health-related programmes. Professionals who would benefit from this programme include registered nurses, medical assistants, radiographers, medical laboratory technicians, physiotherapists, pharmacy assistants, and other allied health professionals.
- CGPA of not less than 3 or its equivalent
- Preferably with three years working experience after registration
