About this course

Occupational Therapy Program offers a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Occupational Therapy. We envision that Occupational Therapy is a powerful, widely recognized, science-driven, and evidence-based health profession with a globally connected and diverse workforce meeting society's occupational needs.

Occupational Therapy (OT) is a health care profession that focuses on helping people of all ages regain, develop, or master everyday skills in order to live independent, productive, and satisfying lives.
We are proud to be the first World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) approved OT program in the Saudi private sector higher education. We prepare graduates who are creative, competent, compassionate and committed to their profession and their country.
Our values reflect an integration of the BMC values, the international values of the Occupational Therapy Practice, and the local Saudi cultural and religious core values. These core values are but not limited to:
• Supportive and Facilitative Educational Environment.
• Hands-on Education: We believe the best preparation is a learning environment emphasizing application of theory to real world situations.
• Accountability and Sense of Responsibility: Our student’s development and potential for professional excellence is at the core of decision making.
• Life-Long Learning: We believe that at the core of a successful career as an Occupational Therapist, students need to develop and maintain a thirst for learning that is supported by competent information literacy.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork.
• Distinguished Dynamic Community Partnerships.
• Advocacy, Public Awareness, and Ethical Practice
