You can register for the course at any time and start the PRINCE2 learning (if you wish to do so) before the next run of the Project Management Competence module.
The full Postgraduate Certificate comprises two modules:
Project Management Competence explores the fundamental concepts, processes and techniques used to successfully manage projects and the complexities involved. You will review and critique a range of project management processes used across different sectors. The module closely follows the APMP syllabus.
Project Management Principles in Practice this module requires you to work on a live client-focused project, where you will examine and apply novel project management methodologies and approaches; critically reflect on and improve your own project management practice; and evaluate the critical factors associated with successful project management in a live environment.
