Entry Requirements
Entry requirementsYou should have a minimum Second Class Honours degree in a related subject area such as construction, architecture or civil engineering, and be in relevant employment in a professional or managerial capacity. Alternatively, you may hold membership of a recognised construction-related professional body achieved through examinations and/or professional interview, and have professional or managerial experience in a construction-related post.
Exceptionally, consideration will be given to mature applicants who lack standard qualifications but have significant relevant professional or managerial experience. Those whose first language is not English will need an IELTS score of 6.5.
