Located in Brookline, Massachusetts, just three miles from downtown Boston, our campus is easily accessible by car or public transportation

Accommodation

Weltman Hall (Student Center)
Located on the Brookline Campus, Weltman Hall is the largest residence hall and provides housing for approximately 140 students. It offers two large coed floors. Each floor also has its own laundry room. Weltman Hall offers double and quad style rooms. The bathrooms are communal bathrooms located in the middle of each floor. There is 24-hour security at the main entrance to the Student Center. Weltman Hall is staffed by four Resident Assistants and is supervised by the Assistant Director of Residence Life.

Mitton House
Located on the Brookline Campus, the Mitton House provides housing for students on the second floor and the third floor with separate entrances from the main building. The President's Office and the Admissions Office are on the public floors. Mitton House houses 22 students (upper-class) in various room layouts with common individual bathrooms. The Mitton House is a 24-hour quiet living environment. The Mitton House is staffed by one Resident Assistant and is supervised by the Assistant Director of Residence Life.

Edwards Hall
Edwards Hall is a converted farmhouse that houses 33 students, located on the Brookline Campus. With its unique rooms, students have many options on room layouts. Residents are housed co-ed by room with common individual baths. Edwards also has laundry facilities. Edwards Hall is staffed by on Resident Assistant and the Assistant Director of Residence Life also oversees Edwards Hall. Edwards Hall provides housing for mostly upper-class students.

Brookline Manor
Newbury College also provides housing at Brookline Manor. The Brookline Manor residence hall is located in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood of Brookline and is approximately 1.5 miles from the main campus. Brookline Manor residents can take the MBTA via a college provided MBTA Link Pass and the Newbury College Shuttle to the main campus. Brookline Manor is a coed building with private baths and houses 75 residents. This residence hall is staffed by four Resident Assistants and a professional Resident Director.

Audubon House
Audubon House is located in the Audubon Circle neighborhood of Brookline and is approximately 2.5 miles from the main campus. Audubon House is a coed brownstone building with semi-private baths. Audubon House residents take the MBTA via a college provided MBTA Link Pass and the Newbury College Shuttle to the main campus. The area offers a variety of shopping and dining opportunities and is just a short walk to Fenway Park. This residence hall houses primarily upper-class students and is staffed by two Resident Assistants and a professional Resident Director.

Carlton House
Carlton House is located in the Audubon Circle neighborhood of Brookline and is approximately 2.5 miles from the main campus. Carlton House is a coed brownstone building with private baths, a large lounge and is located next door to Audubon House. Carlton House residents take the MBTA via a college provided MBTA Link Pass and the Newbury College Shuttle to the main campus. The area offers a variety of shopping and dining opportunities and is just a short walk to Fenway Park. This residence hall houses primarily upper-class students and is staffed by two Resident Assistants and is supervised by the Audubon House Resident Director.
