On the academic front, students will explore the fundamental principles of hospitality, covering topics ranging from essential food preparation and hygiene to basic accounting and theories of restaurant service management.

Moving beyond the classroom, the program offers a unique work-based learning component situated within the dynamic environment of Resorts World Genting. Here, students will directly engage with the operations of a world-class resort, applying their academic understanding to real-world scenarios in areas such as front office operations, housekeeping, customer service management, and culinary arts. This hands-on aspect is further enriched with opportunities in restaurant service and pastry creation, culminating in an internship that provides a firsthand experience of the fast-paced and diverse nature of the hospitality industry.
