Melbourne
The Melbourne campus is located in Docklands which is situated within walking from Melbourne’s central business district. The Docklands area features a retail, dining, leisure and sporting precinct with wide promenades along the waterfront and the green oasis of Docklands Park. Various public transport are easily accessible which include bus, train, tram or car.

Melbourne city is known for it’s distinctive qualities, one being its unique structural design. An interesting combination between historic buildings and modern architecture make the city become more vibrant and memorable city. The design in this city are famous with intertwining alleyways, rooftop bars offering an unusual and animated social scene for the tourist see and do. Known as the shopping and sports capital of Australia, There are many events, attractions and adventures all year-round in Melbourne. Melbourne enjoys summers (December-February), springs (September- November), autumns (March-May) and winters (June-August).

Sydney
The Sydney campus is located in Sydney’s Central Business District (CBD) which is only few minutes away from the Queen Victoria Building, Pitt Street Mall, and Chinatown. As the campus is located directly across the road from Town Hall station, the campus is easily accessible by public transport. In addition, the location of this campus is located in a location where students can enjoy all that the city has to offer including shopping, food and entertainment.

This city is considered as one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world. Sydney is surrounded with history, nature, culture, art, fashion, food and design. The campus is located on the harbour sets Sydney apart as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and with miles of sandy beaches to suit the warm climate and lifestyle of its residents, Sydney consistently upholds the reputation of one of the most beautiful and livable cities in the world. Sydney has a mediterranean-style surroundings. Summers are warm to hot and winters are mild with rainfall spread throughout the year.

Adelaide
The Adelaide campus is located in the Adelaide’s Central Business District (CBD). It is next to a bus stop and it allows easy access to both the train and tram.

Grenfell Street is nearby Rundle Mall, the cities pedestrian shopping mall with a huge number of stores, eateries and popular nightspots. Adelaide is a planned city, the centre is compact, easy to navigate around and surrounded by green parklands. Streets are wide apart and rarely congested. Adelaide is considered as the home of education and is within the festival state of Australia that host a number of events from arts, culture, food and music. 

Brisbane
The Brisbane campus is located nearby Brisbane’s Central Business District (CBD) and there are major transport hubs nearby. You can find shops, parklands, cafes and bars in the surrounding streets.

Brisbane is a green city and one of the fastest growing economies in Australia. It is increasingly diverse, Brisbane is a multi-cultural hub of creativity offers students an accessible lifestyle amongst friendly locals. 

There are several accommodations provided for the students to choose from while studying at Kaplan.

Homestay

• Homestay is an arrangement whereby students live with a family in their home which provides them an opportunity to have a uniquely Australian experience. As Australia is a multicultural country, homestay accommodation can also provide an opportunity for them to understand different cultures and develop an appreciation for other ways of living. The homestay experience is ideal for whoever wants to develop their English language skills and assists them to adjust comfortably into Australian society.

Hostel

• Student hostels offer independence within a young environment where it is easy to make friends for students. Usually these accommodations consist of a fully furnished bed or study room, gain access to shared kitchens, bathrooms and other facilities. The price varies depending on the location and type of room required by them.

Independent Rental

• This form of accommodation provides more independence, privacy and freedom than other forms. Students will need to find their own property, however the Institution can provide help if needed. Potential renters are required to sign a lease of at least six months (sometimes 12 months), pay a bond of four weeks’ rent, and provide references. Some rental properties will not be furnished, so students should consider the cost of purchasing furniture as well.
