Sureworks Higher Education Fair - series 47 made its way to meet STPM, SPM and UEC school leavers

Sureworks Higher Education Fair - series 47 was held on the 11 – 12 August 2018, at Mid Valley Megamall exhibition center. As one of Malaysia’s leading higher education fair, it has made its successful comeback with great response from the public. This fair which is held three times a year has proved to be an efficient one stop center for students and parents looking for higher education options.

Since 11 am in the morning on both days, an eager crowd was seen in front of the exhibition center waiting for the curtains to be opened to the public. With more than 200 exhibitors, we could see an array of notable institutions taking part in the Sureworks Higher Education Fair this August to meet with SPM, STPM, UEC school leavers, parents, teachers, university students, working adults, members of the industry and the general public; seeking higher education opportunities.

One of the many unique attributes of the Sureworks Higher Education Fair is that, it provides a career talk given by prominent professionals from each industry respectively; Engineering, Law, Medicine, Psychology and Business. The talk aims to provide visitors with better insights on the particular courses and their possible careers.

EasyUni as one of the official media partners and exhibitors played an important role during the event. With the help of the EasyUni team, the search for a suitable university was made easier for students and parents; where one could simply compare the courses listed through EasyUni’s website and seek on-the-spot advice/counselling from EasyUni’s experienced student Counsellors.

The team of counsellors offered their knowledge in answering all kinds of queries such as, pathways to different courses and careers, career prospects, university enrolment processes and scholarships available.

In addition to that, the EasyUni team did not forget to bring along fun filled activities, games and prizes to help lighten the mood of the students who visited the fair.
